Important dates

Receiving applications for participation will begin on    /5/2024
The deadline for receiving subscription applications is 6/15/2024
The deadline for receiving power of attorney requests and names of delegates is 7/15/2024
The last date for receiving shipments sent to the exhibition is from 9/15/2024 until 9/21/2024
The pavilions will be delivered to the delegates on 9/22/2024, and the presence of a representative of the institutions, publishing houses and participating parties is required daily during the exhibition and until its end.
Evacuation of the exhibition starts from ten o’clock in the evening on 10/5/2024 until ten o’clock in the evening on October 6, 2024.
